The writing you've entrusted to us is tied to your account and stored, encrypted, on the equipment of our contractor, RunPod, Inc. Cloudflare, Inc. also keeps an encrypted backup copy, and a temporary copy until training finishes. During training and retraining only, part of the text is also sent to Anthropic, PBC, which processes it in the United States.
